This was Karl’s first large contract for Lindum. It was originally built by Lindum for Lindum as part of their pension fund, but half way through a client that produced meters to the power industry came along and signed a long term tenancy agreement. This then had a knock on affect to the clients fit-out requirements.
The build was essentially steel frame with composite cladding/curtain walling to the front offices. Fit-out was a stereotypical office to the front, with again a feature reception. Rainwater harvesting and solar panel heating were also used on this project.
Delivered on time and under budget, Karl was responsible not only for the managerial aspects of this project, but also the engineers role.
